Samantha, the most-wanted Indian actress, is currently shooting for Vijay Deverakonda starrer ‘Kushi’ and the film is on track as per the plans. Despite being successful in her acting career, she faced a setback on the personal front as she was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition, Myositis.
Multiple rumours are popping up on social media recently that she will be replaced in her upcoming projects including the web series, ‘Citadel’, owing to health reasons. Now, the big news is that she is still part of Citadel and will soon start shooting for the same. A trusted source revealed, “Anything and everything written about her being replaced in Citadel is rubbish. She will begin the shoot in the second half of January.”
Citadel is an original spy series run by Amazon Prime. The show was originally created by the Avengers makers, the Russo brothers, as a universal venture. Now, the ‘Family Man’ directors Raj & DK are set to direct the Indian edition of ‘Citadel’ starring Samantha and Varun Dhawan. This series marks the second collaboration of Sam with Raj & DK after the blockbuster ‘Family Man’.
