Gopi Nainar is a talented filmmaker who won high critical acclaim with his debut film, ‘Aramm’, starring Lady Superstar Nayanthara. Now, he is back with his second movie starring Jai, Aishwarya Rajesh and JD Chakravarthy in the lead roles. The upcoming flick is titled, ‘Karuppar Nagaram’.
Earlier, director Venkat Prabhu launched the film’s title and today, actor Arya unveiled the first look poster of ‘Karuppar Nagaram’ featuring Jai. As per the reports, the movie is an intense drama revolving around a North Madras youngster who wishes to be a big football player. This project is jointly produced by R Ramesh’s RR Film Makers and AGL Hemant Raj.
The cast of ‘Karuppar Nagaram’ boasts Jai, Aishwarya Rajesh, JD Chakravarthy, Eswari Rao, John Vijay, Sreejith Ravi, Daniel Annie Pope, Subbu Panchu and many others. The technical team comprises KS Prasad as the music composer, NK Ekhambaram as the cinematographer, Gopikrishna as the editor and Dinesh Kasi as the action director.
